Additional Information

We have numerous requests for lists of public-facing IP's that can be added to use on proxies and firewalls to allow Contact Now to function behind these security settings on the network. this Document answers the questions around the public-facing IP's that are required to run the contact now contact center.

We would advise the following on the network:

  • Allow traffic from/to our IP range: 91.236.117.0/24
  • Disable SIP ALG
  • Allow traffic through ports 5060-5061
  • Priorities RTP packets to IP: 91.236.117.0/24
  • QOS must be enabled

Please Note: all ICMP packets are blocked on all IP's and when running tracert or ping tests they should be done against our fire wall 91.236.117.1 however too many attempts of ping requests to this IP address will result in your public IP being blacklisted please use with caution.
