Why do dataset records show as New Prospect after being called?

Answer
A record will remain a new prospect until it has had an agent interaction. The following are the available statuses for records:
- New Prospect - Never had agent interaction.
- Needs More work - Had agent interaction and requires more actioning.
- Complete - Completed by Max attempts, Agent or customer request to add to DNC.
- Expired - Actioned by admin when expiring a dataset.
Additional Information
There is a further status for needs more work and new prospect and those are with the HOLD appended to the front as follows and only indicates that the dataset is on hold.
