How to assign an agent to a queue from the queues tab?

From the Agents, Teams and Queues you can assign the agent to the queue of your choice.

1. Click on the queues tab

2. Click on the Queue Cog Wheel drop-down list

3. Select the Assign Agent option and the following screen will pop up

4. Select the Agent and set their Priority as seen above

5. Click on the Save Changes button
