How to Assign Queue with Multiple Inbound Numbers in ContactNow
Objective
Set multiple inbound numbers for one queue.
Applies To
ContactNow administrator.
Procedure
Log into ContactNow as an admin:
- Select Configuration menu.
- Select Agents, Teams and Queues.
- Select Queue tab.
- Edit the intended Inbound queue.
- Select Basics tab.
- Click on Inbound Numbers to expand field.
- Hold down the Control key to select multiple numbers.
- Press Update button to save change.
