How to Assign Queue with Multiple Inbound Numbers in ContactNow

Objective

Set multiple inbound numbers for one queue.

Applies To

ContactNow administrator.

Procedure

Log into ContactNow as an admin:

  1. Select Configuration menu.
  2. Select Agents, Teams and Queues.
  3. Select Queue tab.
  4. Edit the intended Inbound queue.
  5. Select Basics tab.
  6. Click on Inbound Numbers to expand field.
  7. Hold down the Control key to select multiple numbers.
  8. Press Update button to save change.
