ContactNow: How To Upload Audio Files

Objective

Being able to upload audio files for ContactNow.

Please Note: The audio files will only be accepted as WAV file extensions.

Procedure

1. On the left side of your administration navigation bar click on the Data icon, highlighted in blue, below the cog symbol for Configurations. 
   
2. Click on Import below Data Management.
   
3. Near the top right of the new page click on Upload File. 
   
4. A small window will appear where you click Choose File which will then allow you to locate the audio file within your computer directory.
   
5. Once the audio file has been located and selected you can click on the blue button to Upload.
