ContactNow: Removing Empty Records Before Import
To clear all invalid (and blank) records before importing.
A common issue with Microsoft Excel documents is they can contain special unknown invalid characters which are not visible, but the ContactNow platform identifies them and interprets as valid records.
- Open the document which you are trying to import.
- Scroll through the sheet, and delete the next empty rows, even if they do not display any data at all.
- Save the sheet.
- Re-import it.
