ContactNow: Removing Empty Records Before Import

Objective

To clear all invalid (and blank) records before importing.

A common issue with Microsoft Excel documents is they can contain special unknown invalid characters which are not visible, but the ContactNow platform identifies them and interprets as valid records.

Procedure

  1. Open the document which you are trying to import.
  2. Scroll  through the sheet, and delete the next empty rows, even if they do not display any data at all.
  3. Save the sheet.
  4. Re-import it.
