Download Audio Files in ContactNow

Objective

Being able to download audio files within ContactNow.

Applies To

ContactNow, Data, Import, Audio

Procedure

1. As an Admin, click on the left icon labelled Data.
   
    
2. On the Data page, select Import under Data Management.
3. On the new page, select audio on the left under Directories.
   
    
4. From here you can then click on edit/cog wheel beside the audio file you want to download.
   
    
5. You will then be prompted to save the selected audio file.
