How to Force Logout an Agent as an Admin in ContactNow

Objective 

To have the admin force log out an agent. 

Applies To 

  • ContactNow 
  • Agent Status 

Procedure 

  1. Log in to ContactNow.
  2. Click Status Page
  3. Click Show/hide form to expand filters. 
  4. Set Team to All.
  5. Click the agent's name
  6. Click Actions.
  7. Click Force Logout.

Additional Information 

If you still can not identify the logged-in agent please contact 8x8 Support. It is extremely important to provide the support team with the Agent that is affected and the CLI of the phone that they are attempting to process the login. Without this information, it is impossible to identify the agent.
