Calls Tab in ContactNow

The Calls tab available from the Agent screen shows the agents Recent Calls, and Scheduled Call Backs. Learn more about the Calls tab here.

The Calls tab available from the Agent screen shows the agents Recent Calls, upcoming Scheduled Call Backs and any Voicemail that have been left for you (both personal voicemails and voicemails left on shared queues will be shown).
