Before you can make and receive voice calls with ContactNow, you need to connect the dialer to the ContactNow service by using a phone device (a hardphone or softphone).
When you log in to the Agent page, the Status controller will display the connection modes available, as set by the service administrator. Select the appropriate mode and click Connect to review connection information.
Note: This feature does not actually connect you to the service, but provides information you need to connect with your selected phone device.
