View Recent Calls in ContactNow
To view recent calls in ContactNow, view the Agent page which gives an overview of the customers that have been spoken to in the last few days. Learn more here.
The Calls tab on the Agent page displays a list of Recent Calls which can be used as an overview of the customers that have been spoken to in the last few days.
Click Load more at the bottom of the list to show 10 more items.
Click on a recent call from the list to show the actions. You can manually call a customer and Add a Note to a Customer Record.
