The Status controller is a part of the ContactNow dialer, found at the bottom-right of the Agent page.
- Before agent login, it displays information required for agents to connect the dialer to the ContactNow service.
- After agent login, it allows agents to change their Status, or to disconnect from the ContactNow service.
- It is also possible to customize the Idle options. This is done from the Configuration > System setup > Agent Features page, under Extended Idle.
