Status Controller in ContactNow

The Status controller is a part of the ContactNow dialer, found at the bottom-right of the Agent page. Learn more about the Status controller features here.

The Status controller is a part of the ContactNow dialer, found at the bottom-right of the Agent page.

Available features:

  • Before agent login, it displays information required for agents to connect the dialer to the ContactNow service.
  • After agent login, it allows agents to change their Status, or to disconnect from the ContactNow service.
  • It is also possible to customize the Idle options. This is done from the Configuration > System setup > Agent Features page, under Extended Idle.

Display before agent login. The available options are set by the service administrator:
