Analytics in ContactNow
The analytics page displays your contact center's statistics. To see your call center's analytics, click on Analytics from the Navigation bar. Learn more.
The analytics page gives you the access to view the reports and statistics and other information of your contact center. The reports panel can only be accessed by administrators and supervisors (if given the permission from an admin via Manage Agents). To see analytics for your call center, click on Analytics from the Navigation bar.
