The service provided is Pay As You Go and calls are charged on a per-second basis.
To top up your balance, hover over the Configuration icon from the Navigation bar and click on Billing. Click on the Top Up button located on the top right hand corner of the screen as shown below. The minimum amount you can top is approximately $12.00.
The balance should appear next to the Top Up button. When enabled, the Emergency button will also appear next to the Top Up button.
Upon clicking the Top Up button, you will be redirected to a screen as displayed below. Enter the amount you wish to add to your balance.
Clicking on the Top Up button will initiate card payment process.
The service uses Sage Pay as the payment method. It will ask you to select the card type that you wish to use to complete the transaction.
Once you have selected the type of card you would like to use, you will be asked to input the card details. Click Proceed to finalize the payment.
Sage Pay works for the majority of our customers, however in some cases you can top up through a bank transfer. Please contact our support team for further information. Contact information could be found on the footer of this page.
