View and Reply to Instant Messages in ContactNow

Recent conversations from Instant Messages can be accessed quickly by clicking the Instant Messaging icon on the left bottom corner of the Navigation page. From here you can select the person or group you want to send a reply to. If the conversation has unread messages a red badge will show above the avatar.

All of your history is saved so that old messages can be read when a conversation is reopened. The most recent messages are displayed at the bottom of the conversation and older ones can be loaded by scrolling to the top and clicking Load more.

You can type a new reply in the box at the bottom and press enter to send the message to all of the participants.

To switch between conversations click the Back icon at the top to return to the list of Recent conversations.
