Edit an Agent's username and password in ContactNow

To make a change to agent’s details, hover over the Configuration icon in the Navigation bar and click on Agents, Teams and Queues. Learn more here.

Only Admin users will be able to edit an agent’s username and password. To make a change to agent’s details, hover over the Configuration icon in the Navigation bar, click on Agents, Teams and Queues and select the Agent’s tab.

Find the agent, click on the configure icon on the right side and select edit.

Enter a new Username or Password that meets the requirements. You will not be able to enter a username that is already in use.

Once satisfied, select Update to save the changes.
