Login as an Agent -Administrator Feature in ContactNow
To login as one of your agents when an administrator, hover over the Configuration icon in the Navigation menu. Learn more here.
Admins can verify the settings for their agents and the queues that they are assigned to by logging in as the agent directly.
Before proceeding, please ensure the agent is assigned to at least one queue before logging in or you will receive an error message. See how to Assign Agents to Queues.
To login as one of your agents when an administrator, hover over the Configuration icon in the Navigation menu and click on Agents, Teams and Queues.
Click the gear icon to the right of the agent you wish to log in as and select Login as Agent.
