Mass Update of Agents and Queues in ContactNow
Mass Update allows you to quickly apply the same change to multiple agents or queues in your contact center. If the options are common to several selected items, all will be updated simultaneously to save you time.
To mass update agents or queues, navigate to Agents, Teams and Queues from the Configuration menu and select either the Agents or the Queues tab. The Enable Mass Updatewill be displayed in the top-right corner of the page.
If you are updating Queues you will need to first select a Campaign from the list on the left.
You can use the filters on the left to refine the results displayed and extra details are shown by hovering over the name of an agent or queue. Select all of the items you wish to update and then open the settings list on the right. Common settings to the selected data are displayed so that they can be changed. Update the settings that you intend to change and then check the Include checkbox to confirm.
If you choose to leave certain settings unchanged you can leave the Include checkbox blank and the setting update will not be applied.
Click Submit to apply the new settings and return to the previous page.
