Assign Numbers to your Contact Centre in ContactNow

To assign Direct Inward Dial numbers to your contact center, hover over the Configuration icon from the Navigation bar and select Allocate DID. Learn more here.

Direct Inward Dial (DID) numbers can be assigned to your contact center, hover over the Configuration icon from the Navigation bar and select Allocate DID.

The Allocate DID feature allows you to obtain local numbers from most areas of the country on demand. The Allocate DID Numbers page will show you a list of numbers available and you can choose to request them.
