Remove DID Numbers in ContactNow
DID numbers cannot be removed from your contact center without contacting Support. However, learn how you can change the DID associated with the queue here.
DID numbers cannot be removed from your contact center without contacting Support.
You can however change the DID associated to the queue. This can be done by purchasing a DID and then assigning it to the queue. This can be done in your contact center. Hover over Configuration and select Allocate DID.
