Account Overview in ContactNow
The Account Overview provides an overview of your monthly packages. To view your Account Overview, navigate to Billing from the Configuration icon and select the Account Overview tab.
There are three different monthly packages Standard, Pro, and Ultimate. Your current monthly package will be highlighted with a blue outline. The cost per license and included minutes are shown in each monthly package section.
If you do not have a credit card attached to your contact center then a warning message will be displayed at the top.
From here you can also upgrade and downgrade. Your remaining balance and included minutes will be displayed and you will have the option to top up the credit on your account and to enable and disable Auto top up.
If your account is on Pro or Ultimate packages this page will also show an overview of the number of licenses and minutes purchased in the current billing period and how many are remaining. It also previews the next month and any changes to your package.
In Account Overview, in the bottom left, your included minutes threshold, credit threshold, and Top Up amount will be displayed. Auto Top up will increase minutes, credit and top up amount in your contact center when you are running low on funds. You have the option to determine the amount of the credit threshold in each section by entering a number or using the up and down arrows.
