Buy Licenses in ContactNow

If you want to buy more licenses to add more agents, you can do so from the Add Agent menu on the Agents tab. From the Configuration icon, navigate to Agents, Teams and Queues, and click on the Add button on the top right of the Agents tab.

Select Buy licenses and choose how many licenses you would like to purchase. You will see the recurring cost based on your current pricing package and, if applicable, the pro-rata adjustment. Check the card details and when satisfied click Buy.

You can also buy licenses from Account Overview in Billing from the Configuration icon, and the process as seen above will be the same.
