ContactNow: Agent Log
The Agent Log displays the login sessions for each agent and cost for logging in. You can search for login sessions of a whole month or specific dates.
To view the Agent Log, navigate to Billing from the Configuration menu and select the Agent Log tab.
The format for the Agent Log display will include Agent ID, Logged on (time), Logged off (time), Duration (login duration), Charge Type (login method) and Customer Cost (cost for logging in during that session). A total will be displayed at the top of the screen as shown below
