Upgrade Monthly Package in ContactNow
To upgrade your account, go to Account Overview from Billing and click Select on the monthly package you wish to upgrade to. Learn more from the guide here.
Overview
You can upgrade your monthly package at any time. When you upgrade your monthly package, the change will come into effect instantly so that you can begin to use your new included minutes and licenses.
To upgrade your account go to Account Overview from Billing in the Configuration icon. Click Select on the monthly package you wish to upgrade to.
Ensure you select Confirm if you want to upgrade. Once you have upgraded your account, your current package will be outlined in blue.
