Edit an IVR in ContactNow
To edit an IVR menu, hover over the Configuration icon, click IVR Creator and select the queue which you wish to edit from the menu. Learn more here.
To edit an IVR menu, hover over the Configuration icon, click IVR Creator and select the queue which you wish to edit from the left-hand side menu.
If you did not save the modifications you made on an IVR menu previously, the following message will be shown:
This will provide you with the option to restore the menu and recover the changes which you did not save previously. Continue to edit from this point and click Save on the left-hand side.
