Broadcast messages are instant messages sent to multiple recipients, but replies are only seen by sender. This prevents recipients from being able to reply to all and create a group conversation.
When more than one person or a team has been selected, the blue megaphone Broadcast icon will appear in the message box. Click it to send the message as a broadcast.
Press enter to send. A notification will appear confirming the broadcast message has been sent.
