Navigation Bar in ContactNow

Located on the left side of the screen, the Navigation bar provides a quick way to explore the system's main features. Learn more about the Navigation bar here.

Located on the left side of the screen, the Navigation bar provides a quick way to explore the main features of the system. To move to a different area, you can click the corresponding icon. There are several icons that will be displayed depending on the level of the user. If you hover over an icon it will bring up a Tooltip showing the name of the icon and will also show you the content that is that section.

Admins will see all Icons. Supervisors will not see Configuration or Data and will only be shown Analytics if they have permission. Agents will only have their Avatar and will not see any of the icons described above.

Instant Messaging is located at the bottom of the Navigation bar.

Admins and Supervisors cannot navigate away from the Agent page while in Available status. They are required to go into an Idle state while doing so.
