Edit a Phone Book Contact in ContactNow
To edit a contact in the Phone Book, go to Phone book option from the Navigation bar and click on the contact you want to modify. Learn more from the steps here.
To edit a contact in the Phone Book, hover over the Configuration icon in the Navigation bar and click on Phone book.
Click the Gear icon to the right of the contact you want to modify and select Edit from the drop down menu.
Edit the details of the contact and click Save Contact when you are done.
