Manage your plug-ins by navigating to the Configuration section, where you can see all the plug-ins you have created. Learn more about managing plug-ins here.
Plug-in management is where buttons can be created to place on your own website. They can improve customer engagement by enabling visitors to enter information and request to be called. The request will then automatically be assigned to the appropriate outbound queue.
Plug-in management is found in the Configuration section and shows all of the plug-ins you have created. To create a plug-in click Add Plug-in on the top right corner of the page.
