If you are in Idle mode for an extended period of time your contact center will automatically log you out.
Admin users will be able to specify how long an agent can be in Idle before they are disconnected from the contact center.
To enable auto log out you will need to head over to Configuration, then System setup and select the Agent Features tab.
You can choose whether to enable or disable Auto Logout, as well as set the time period. The minimum allowance period is five minutes.
Ensure you click Save to update any changes.
