ContactNow: Search and Filter PBX Accounts

You can filter and customise your view of the PBX accounts by using the search bar or filtering tab at the top of the PBX page.

To search and filter PBX accounts, hover over the Configuration icon from the Navigation bar and click on PBX.



The PBX accounts are sorted in alphabetical order. To search a user's account on the PBX interface, use the letter tab to narrow down the search. Individual letters are only shown if an account starting with that letter exists.


In the search bar, type in the PBX Name. It is also possible to filter the accounts by a specific PBX queue.
