The dashboard brings together multiple threads of information and presents them in a digestible format. Users are able to position different widgets wherever they like to create a personalized overview.
If you are an Agent, your dashboard will be shown when you log in. If you are a Supervisor or Administrator, you will have two Dashboards: one on your Agent page, the other accessible by clicking on the Dashboard icon in the Navigation bar. The latter Dashboard gives you access to Administrator and Supervisor widgets which let you monitor your contact center's activity.
You can add, move, resize, and hide widgets to customize your dashboard.
