Add a Record ContactNow
To add a record to a dataset from Database Management, choose the campaign and dataset you wish to add the record to and click on Add Record. Learn more here.
To add an individual record to a dataset from Database Management, choose the campaign and dataset you wish to add the record to using the navigation box, then click Add Record located at the top of the page.
You will then be presented with the pop-up shown below, from where you can input the details of the customer record. Once you are finished, click Add. Further hints will be shown on screen, for example if the data set is on hold.
