When adding a phone number to a record or a campaign through Database Managament you will need to ensure the number is valid. If you receive an error message as show below this means the number has failed our phone number validation.
All valid phone numbers are required to have the following:
- Begin with a 0
- Only be made up of numbers
- Have 9 or more digits in total
For international numbers, be sure to use 00 and not a +, e.g. for Spanish numbers use 0034 and not +34.
