ContactNow: Export a Report
Most of the reports on our system are exportable. To do this, hover over Analytics icon in the Navigation bar and select the type of report you want to export. At the bottom of the report you will find an Export button.
The following reports can be exported:
- Agent Report
- Agent On Demand (AOD) Call Analysis Report
- Agent Time Recording Report
- Calls Report (you can export the full list)
- Call Handling Report
- Call Highlights Report
- Calls Per Hour Report
- Outbound Abandons Report
- Daily Report
- Monthly Report
- Performance Report
- Campaigns Report
- Outcomes Report
- Tags Report
- Dataset Analysis Report
- SMS Report
The export feature will download all of the information displayed in the reports based on the filters you have selected in CSV format, which can be opened in most spreadsheet applications.
