ContactNow: Upload a File

This feature allows an administrator to perform single or multiple dataset imports at once, providing you with the ability to upload simultaneous data using multiple browser tabs.

In order to import data that can automatically be dialed out from an outbound queue, hover over the Data icon in the Navigation bar and click Import Data.

This will then take you to a screen where you will see an Upload File button on the top right, click on this to upload your file.

You can also upload .wav files (audio files to use for 'play audio' and 'hangup' option under System Setup). This feature also includes ability to upload files in formats such as a .jpg.gif, or .png for your company's logo by clicking on the Upload button.

You will then need to browse and find the file from your computer/laptop and then click Upload.


Once the files have been uploaded, the name of the file should be shown in the file list.


To start the data upload procedure, click on the down arrow to the right of the file (shown above) and then click Import.
