ContactNow: Import CRM Data as a Dataset

To import CRM data as a dataset, hover over the Data icon in the Navigation bar and click Import CRM Data.

Select the CRM account you wish to download data from and click Download. The chosen data from your preferred CRM is now downloaded and ready to be imported into the system.

Click on the Settings cog and select Import to import the data.

You will be directed to a CSV File Importer page.

The imported data will be ready to be deployed for use from Dataset Management.
