ContactNow: Search for Help Articles

If you need a helping hand with anything you can search for articles within your contact center.

To do so, you’ll need to log in to your contact center. Click the question mark icon at the bottom of Navigation to open the search panel.

If you type in a keyword for example ‘manual call’ all articles relating to calls will appear.

If the top 5 results don’t include what you are looking for, you can press the enter key to open the full list of results, which will also open in a new tab. When you click on an article, it will open in a new tab in your browser so you can return to your contact center and carry on with your tasks.

If you want to search for another article simply return back to your contact center tab.
