When an agent attempts to log their phone in to Agent On Demand (AOD), they receive the error: "You cannot log in from this number."

This specific error happens when:
- The agent attempts to log in to Agent On Demand.
- And the agent's phone or phone service is blocking the outbound caller ID number of their phone extension. This forces Anonymous or Blocked to be presented on outbound calls, instead of the correct callback number.
You must unblock the outbound caller ID of your phone extension before logging in to Agent On Demand.
When an agent logs in to Agent On Demand, their phone extension's outbound caller ID number is required by ContactNow to identify the agent caller, even if the AOD DID and AOD Lock are configured in the agent's settings.
