ContactNow: Hold Music Continues to Play after Call Connects


After a call connects, the hold music continues to play.

Check the SIP IP address for the softphone. 

  1. Log in to the Softphone. 
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Navigate to SIP IP address.
  4. Set the address to

Have the affected agent connect to the dialer again.
