ContactNow: Removed Agents Showing On Analytics

Symptom

A deleted, or removed, agent, continues to show on Analytics reports.

Procedure

This is intentional. Reporting is historical, so if there are statistics for that agent during the time frame you've run the report for, they'll show up in the report.

Currently, a workaround is to provide is to filter the data by agents, as seen in the following image:
