How to Create Support Community Contacts in ContactNow
To add a new Support Community contact, click New in the top right of the Contacts page and enter the contact's details. Learn more from the list of steps here.
Once you have logged in you will be able to view your contacts and create new ones, as well as open a new case and view or edit any open cases you may have.
Your contacts page will look like the following:
To add a new contact simply click New in the top right and enter all the details of your contact.
At the end of the page there will be a checkbox which will allow the contact you are creating access to create new contacts.
Ensure you select Save to update your changes.
