No Matching Numbers Available Error in ContactNow
When ContactNow admin receives an error while trying to select a phone number from Configuration, then choose a different phone number. Learn more.
Symptom
The ContactNow administrator receives an error when attempting to select a phone number from Configuration > Allocate DID:
- Error: No matching numbers available
Cause
The selected phone number may already been in use.
Resolution
Select a different phone number from the drop down menu. You should no longer receive the error message.
