To download or play individual ContactNow call recordings, click Analytics and then click Record Search. Learn more here.

To download or play individual ContactNow call recordings

  1. In ContactNow, click Analytics.
  2. Click Record Search.
  3. Then click Calls.

Here you can play the recording by clicking the play button or download the recording to your computer by clicking the download icon.
