When trying to save an 8x8 Contact Center script you do not receive a successful confirmation in VCC CM and then when trying to navigate away from the script you are prompted to either save or discard the changes. If you discard and return the changes made then persist but do not actually take effect in the live script.

Remove the audio file from the script that contains the % sign. Re-name the audio file by removing the % sign and then add it to the script.
This is due to the % sign causing an issue when the script XML file is uploaded.
