Uploading an audio file in Virtual Contact Center Config Mgr / Error when uploading audio file in Virtual Contact Center Config Mgr
Login to the Virtual Contact Center Config Mgr of the affected account, by going to 8x8 Application Panel and pressing on the greened out button, like in the screen shot below.
Make sure you are on the Home screen, then go to Audio Files menu.
Select where to place the file that you will upload (step 1), press on the "Audio File" button (step 2) and continue following the steps from 3 to 6 to finish adding the new audio file.
Files in *.wav, *.mp3, *.m4a, *.mp4 format will not be uploaded, because they are not supported. This error will show if you try:
Resolution: Please convert your files into *.ogg format and try again (the quality will be preserved) .
