How To Add An External Email Address in 8x8 Contact Center CRM

Objective

External email address should be available to select within a case 

Applies To

  • Virtual Contact Center     

Procedure

Login into Agent console 

  1. Go to Customer Tab and click on New Customer.

  2. Create New Customer and Save.

  3. Go to in your case email and search a saved contact to select the email address.
