Add An Email Address to a Contact in Agent Workspace
Objective
Adding a customer's email in Agent Workspace to be able to select it within a case.

Procedure
- Log in to Agent Workspace.
- Select the Customer Tab.
- To add an email to an existing customer, search for the customer and select Edit (pencil icon). To create a new customer entry, select New Customer.
- Enter the information for your customer and select Save. Note: If you want to be able to search and select a customer by email, ensure the email field is completed.
