Select the CLI for outbound calls from VCC
- Virtual Contact Center
- Outbound Calls
- From the application panel, login to Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager and from the left side, select Users.
- Double click on the user you want to set the CLI for and navigate to the Phone tab.
- Under the Outbound Calling section, click on the pencil near Calling Line ID, select the number you want and save. Click save again once you are back on the phone tab.
Keep in mind that the CLI can be overridden by Outbound phone codes. To set Outbound phone codes check this article.
