How to Setup a Wallboard

Objective

To set up a Wallboard. A Wallboard displays the status of your 8x8 Contact Center.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Contact Center Configuration Manager
  • Wallboards

Procedure

  1. Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Wallboard.
  3. Click Add Wallboard.
  4. Under the General tab, fill in the Name, Description, and Timezone.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Under the Fields tab, select which fields to include from the Assigned column.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Under the Thresholds tab, click Edit (pencil icon) to set a sound or background color.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Under the Queues tab, select which queues to include from the Assigned column.
  11. Click Save.
  12. Under the URL tab copy the URL. This is the URL that will display the wallboard in a browser.
