How to disable a Contact Center channel?
Objective
To disable a Contact Center channel
Applies To
- Contact Center Configuration Manager
Procedure
- Sign in as an Administrator to Contact Center Configuration Manager
- From the left hand side of the page, go to Channels
- Identify the channel that you need to disable
- Double click on the channel
- Uncheck the checkbox for "This channel is enabled" as per the below screenshot:
6. Save the changes
