How to disable a Contact Center channel?

Objective

To disable a Contact Center channel

Applies To

  • Contact Center Configuration Manager

Procedure

  1. Sign in as an Administrator to Contact Center Configuration Manager
  2. From the left hand side of the page, go to Channels
  3. Identify the channel that you need to disable
  4. Double click on the channel
  5. Uncheck the checkbox for "This channel is enabled" as per the below screenshot:

 6. Save the changes
